Use of the Platform

EzyReels provides AI-powered tools to create, edit, and export short-form video content. You may use the platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

Payments & Billing

Paid plans, credits, and subscriptions are billed according to the pricing displayed at checkout. Payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers.

• Subscription fees renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date
• Refunds are handled according to our refund policy and applicable consumer laws
• Price changes take effect on your next billing cycle after reasonable notice
• Failed payments may result in limited access until the balance is resolved

AI Generated Content

EzyReels uses artificial intelligence to generate visuals, voiceovers, captions, and other creative assets based on your inputs. AI outputs may vary in quality and accuracy.

• You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before publishing
• Outputs may resemble existing works; you must ensure your use does not infringe rights
• We do not guarantee that AI content is unique, error-free, or suitable for every platform
• Prompts and project data may be used to improve models and features as described in our Privacy Policy

Content Ownership

You retain ownership of original content you upload to EzyReels. Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a license to use AI-generated outputs you create through paid or permitted free features.

• You grant EzyReels a limited license to host, process, and display your content to operate the service
• Stock assets, templates, and licensed media remain subject to their respective licenses
• You may not claim ownership of EzyReels branding, software, or proprietary systems
• Upon account termination, export rights may be limited after a reasonable retention period

Prohibited Use

You agree not to misuse EzyReels or assist others in doing so. Prohibited activities include but are not limited to:

• Creating or distributing illegal, harmful, harassing, or deceptive content
• Impersonating others or generating deepfakes without consent where required by law
• Circumventing usage limits, scraping the service, or reverse-engineering our software
• Uploading malware, spam, or content that violates intellectual property rights
• Using the platform to train competing models without our written permission

Service Availability

We strive to keep EzyReels available and reliable, but uninterrupted access is not guaranteed. Maintenance, updates, third-party outages, or force majeure events may affect availability.

We are not liable for delays, data loss, or failed exports caused by factors outside our reasonable control, including internet connectivity or third-party API limitations.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, EzyReels and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.

Our total liability for any claim related to these Terms or the service is limited to the amount you paid to EzyReels in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or one hundred US dollars (USD $100), whichever is greater.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, our liability is limited to the minimum extent permitted by law.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the website, email, or in-product notice before they take effect.

Continued use of EzyReels after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes acceptance. If you disagree with changes, you must stop using the service and cancel any active subscription.
